The Finance department is responsible for the administration of financial and fiduciary operations of the City. The department is responsible for preparation of financial statements, assisting in the annual budgeting process, investment of public funds, debt management, grant and project accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory accounting. The department also supports and manages the City's accounting software and assists in risk management activities.
