Did you Know? Watering your lawn daily is not a good idea.

Water Conservation

It is best to water in the early morning hours.  In Russell, outdoor watering with potable water is prohibited daily between 10 am and 7 pm when the most water is lost to evaporation and wind is at its highest.  The restriction applies to residential and public grounds for gardens, lawns, trees, shrubs, and water gardens.  It does not apply if you are using water from a private well or effluent water.
