North Water Tower Maintenance to Begin
The City of Russell’s North Water Tower will begin its annual scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, September 27, 2023.
This maintenance will include draining, inspection, and annual tower cleaning. This project is expected to be completed by Friday, September 29, 2023.
Interruption of service is not anticipated during this project. City staff has made every effort to ensure minimal water waste; however, customers in the area should expect to see water running from the tower down 15th Street while the tower is being drained.
