Randy Baker has been employed with the City of Russell since January 2000. Prior to becoming the Water Utilities Director in October of 2022, he started as a maintenance worker, promoted to Lead Worker in 2002 and then to Superintendent of Water Distribution/ Wastewater Collections in 2021.
Randy, in his spare time, enjoys the outdoors, hunting, traveling with his wife to watch their son coach collegiate Baseball, and spending time with family and friends.
